good posts. some comments: - fair value for oppies if deep in the money is roughly the share price less $1.60 (see my prev post). - disagree that the register is 'tightly held' - but everyone is entitled to their opinion. NLX, NLXR and NLXRA have all been very liquid (given its a retail stock). - Market cap at $3.00 (post consol) is $227m (fully diluted). The option proceeds are $51m so adjusted market cap is $176m. - what is your expectation on earnings (since you say $3.00 is the value, I assume you have an earnings number). - Towie, 1st day of trading post-consol is 19 Dec (refer notice of meeting).
