WPL have indicated that they intend to be listed on the NYSE prior to the BHP merger being finalised (with the merger due to wrap up in the June quarter).
So potentially we could be listed in NYSE in the next 1-3 months.
WPL will trade at a significant discount (at the current shareprice) to similar sized O&G companies on the NYSE. which will likely cause a rerate (and a new source of demand for shares in WPL).
The sooner the better.
