NYSE listing

Hi everyone

Where getting ever so close now to listing on the NYSE, very exciting stuff!

Can't wait to see what happens to the share price once we list!
We can choose to convert or shares over to the US or do nothing and hold CDI's in Australia. The CDI's will mirror image the NYSE listed shares + exchange rate conversion.  

Attached is some info in relation to listing, costs involved, requirements and minimum share price once listed.....

Take note that minimum listing price per share is $2, but $4 is the most common listing price as it was the previous minimum price for listing prior to 2012.

We have major banks already lined up for sponsorship ( one will be selected by AJX) and a company ready to explode!
