Do you know any thing about Quite period? Companies make the rules so they do vary. It restricts trading stock by insiders during the period. It also Restricts press release. If she was to make any sort of release now she would have to suspend trading announce what she was going to release it then resume trading after info was circulated. Qs and ARs are considered Major announcements with financial info. Lynas's Quite period is 30 days before release until 24 hours after the release. This is pretty standard for most companies.
Look at Lynas's Q announcements. they announce when about a week before. They release written document a few hours before trading in AU opens. Then CC after the written report has time to be absorbed. I am sure both the report and CC will have a lot to say, be patient it is coming.
