Yes Splitpin, sad that the first real positive news re action taken against former MFS/Octaviar employees was determined outside of Australia. I personally think that the Australian judicial system will now have to follow suit by the precedent set in NZ or look like bigger fools than they already are for having taken so long to act on this gross misappropriation of investors funds.
