Why not years ago with all other NZ failures? no lead up in the media... that I noticed.. just while in an aussie hearing...up pops this news.
i had never noticed the importance of timing in the legal system...but if one uses another outcome/etc then the sequence is important..
First I was surprised that NZ was taking action and thinking that the fan was on full spead but then i wondered if it might be used to clear the air.
Transparency should be the fashion.imo.

?? According to the old news article I posted It was the open hearings in Australia 'without predjustice' that brought a lot of detail to the fore... I wouldnt under-estimate the importance of what Australia has allowed and encouraged to be told...
'fools' would just blame the ceo, lock im up etc. as in years gone by... but i dont begrudge the NZ process either.
Covered by directors insurance? perhaps? I dont know much about such things but going over this so well for so long and so extensively ...means a lot,imo.
