In relation to the NZ childrens check. There is another company called https://blueq.com.au/ which is doing a similar check in Australia and rolling out to NZ at the moment.
The government would not be paying a full rack price - it would be heavily discounted.
The AU landscape is getting crowded and that means smaller margins for all providers "racing to the bottom"
