    Pan Pacific have announced a capital raising with a renouncable rights issue and intend on using the funds towards the NZ development. Now this is in place the joint venture should be in a position to give the go ahead to the NZ project which was supposed to be given the go ahead in October but Pan Pacific couldn't because it didn't have the funds.

    Should see announcement shortly re the go ahead for development.
