ANZ National Bank Ltd said Don Brash has resigned from its board, effective from April 30, NZPA says.
"Don joined the board in 2007 and since that time has made a significant contribution which has been appreciated. We wish him well in his future endeavours," said chairman Sir Dryden Spring.
