Not everyone can have a set of choppers three times too large for their mouth like John Howard.
Actually NZ has been doing almost as well as Australia in GDP growth - without the benefit of our massive mining resources windfall. Unemployment at 3.9% is much lower than Australia as well. It's a falsehood to say that conservative governments necessarily equate with high growth and low taxation.
