In an announcement to the press 10th October 2007 Black said they expected to sell 75million units of the Eco bulb over 4 years. Given they are acquiring 10% of the company at this juncture, at $8.75 per bulb x 75m x 10% /4= their annual share= $16.4m. have i got that right. at at p/e of say 4 thats, mkt cap = $65m, ie 6.4c. Using a p/e of 8x = mkt cap $131m.+ 13c per share. Not counting other revenues where remote meter reading accounts are growing at 350 units per month?
