acquired 100% of AEL (energy mad distribution) 11% of energy mad acquired.. soon to be 33% tho, they have an option to raise holding from 11% - 33% in energy mad and id say they would make this move very shortly, i would, as they its an agreed lower set price to do so.

I'd say those numbers are underestimated, and majorly underestimated wen u add on top the carbon credits. Energy Mad had over 800,000 carbon credits already 3mths ago i think. So INT will automatically own 33% of those also with their share in energy mad perhaps rising to 33%.

You would think very soon big emitters will be forced to come closer to carbon neutral etc.. so step 1.. seek new technologies like INT products.. globes. meters etc.. Step 2... buy carbon credits on market for remainder of shortfall..

INT make cash at both levels once big business moves.. and todays ann was indication the move has begun folks. Long overdue and well done to all!!
