Auckland is a place where AVJ builds new homes. The recently announced policy of the NZ Govt to alleviate the house price crisis is that they are going to build 100,000 new homes. This bound to have a beneficial effect on AVJ, they are bound in some of way to benefit from the $1 billion to be spend over the next few years on housing.
