But if you don''t have anyone to pass the childrens custody down to then yes you run the same line with CPA irrespoective of sexuality adoptive parents are screened under exactly the same protocols. I'm sure if you followed case history & precedents you would find a far greater number of abusive cases coming from hetrosexual foster parents than you would from homosexual parents.
