Further to my post above, 3 of the 4 points I raised relate to affirmative action taken by the compnay.
Yes, DNDN approval should shed some much needed spotlight in this area and hopefully draw more investment from here and abroad, but that free press is out of Prima's hand.
The points I make above are action taken by the company for a purpose. I have drawn my own conclusion on that purpose, as I see the company's actions leading pointing in that direction.
Think probabilites, not possibilities.
