NZ Project Invitation

Dear Foresta Shareholders, We are delighted to invite you over to New Zealand to share insights into our New Zealand Project. We would like to show you around while you are here and showcase our project progress. Preferably you should stay for 2 full days, and any flights should be scheduled around our 2 full days itinerary: Flights: 12 June 2024: Arriving in New Zealand–Tauranga. You will need to fly fromAustralia into Auckland, New Zealand, then catch aconnecting flight to Tauranga. 15 June 2024: Departing from New Zealand–Tauranga. Home – you will need tofly out from Tauranga to Auckland, then to Australia. Please feel free to email me if you have questions. Accommodation12–15 June 2024: We have a lovely resort near our offices which we recommend -Pacific Palms, which I would be happy to assist with a booking. +/- NZ$265/person/night. Please pop us an email with: Name & Surname, contact details and I will be happy to assist you in securing a booking, Logistically it is easier for us to pick all the shareholders up from the same location as well. Day1–13 June 2024: 9am Steve Pittman(Chief Development Officer)will pick Shareholders up and take them through to our site in Kawerau. 10:00am Site tour and discussion 12:00 Lunch at Whakatane 14.00 Foresta’s offices in Papamoa 15:00 Drop at Pacific Palms & Free time. Day2–14 June 2024: 7:00am Steve will collect shareholders and drive through to Hamilton –Fieldays. Will stop for a quick breakfast on the way. Traffic is heavy, so we will be up bright and early. Fieldaysis the Southern Hemisphere’s largest agricultural event and the ultimate launch platform for cutting edge technology and innovation. 10:00am Arrive at field days, entrance into event. Come see our exhibition. 12:30pm Private Lunch with Ray Mountfort 13:30 Browse field days 16:00 Drive back to Papamoa – Pacific Palms (2hr drive) 18:00 Free time & dinner on your own Suggested Eateries in Papamoa: Cafe:Blackberry,Robert Harris Papamoa Dinner:Bluebiyou – Cafe Bar Bistro;Lantern; Casual dining:https://www.rainbarpapamoa.co.nz/;The Island; Our stores | Papamoa Plaza (A mini shopping centre) You may need to make a reservation for dinner on those nights, as it can get quite busy – happy to assist.
