Just heard Ryan on the Radio as part of their news they quickly mentioned a few things:
1. Reporter said that Ryan was confident of securing a firm foothold at Isabel
2. Talked that SMM had the 3 prospects already and that is a negative for them on that ruling
3. Ryan mentioned this could set them back a few months
4. Ryan said when talking about the discussions they are having with the government (?) now indicates that AVQ re-applying should be successful
