Misty, my wife (girlfriend at the time) saw something in the sky many years ago (about 1978)
We were getting ready to go out on my boat for a night fish during summer, the sky was completely clear of cloud, very blue with the sun setting. Very high in the sky we could see very clearly shiny metallic object. It was shaped like a medicinal capsule or short cigar. Very vivid. I think it must have been quite large because the distance was huge but we could see it so clearly. Maybe it could have been some man made equipment. It appeared stationery, as we got ready we kept looking up at it over quite a while (maybe 30 mins)
then suddenly it was gone. No great excitement but curious
