    it is ban and or heavily restrict....

    I spoke to my local health store they will all go under...it will cost $5000 per item on hundreds/ thousands of items to get clearence effectively putting all health stores out of business on the spot....
    the legislation is so loose that if it passes they can ban and do what they want....
