The so called captains of industry on the board of this company allowed the company to tender for large building contracts at fixed prices. This is at a time of shortage of skilled labour & rising costs. Two large fixed price contracts have lost the company all the profit the building & interiors division made on the previous 30 years. There ate still large fixed term contracts outstanding. More bad news to come. The board should draw lots & a third should resign each year for three years.
