Morning Sircorp,

The latest ann. from LCT advised 'The peer reviewer has asked for further information about the safety of the proposed trial. LCT has provided a response for consideration by the peer reviewer and understands that the review of the additional data provided will be completed by early May.'

Based on previous approval timeframes that have gone on and on and on just like the Energizer bunny...I'm not overly confident that it will be early next week, but I am confident that it will happen.

Also given the issue with swine flu I imagine the Ministry of Health will be quite busy dealing with that so perhaps our application will take a baack seat for a short time.

Patience is required with this stock so dont get too stressed if the approval doesnt come exactly when expected...you can be sure the delay is not the result of LCT.

On another note, LCT was up another 12% last night in the US.
