I'm not convinced that it's as simple as radio dying.

I'm sure podcasting is growing, but I don't think it's quite as binary as podcast/streaming killing radio.

For general broadcast radio, the mornings are the name of the game, this is where Podcasts haven't yet got the uptake.

My suspicion is that radio will still be worthy of substantial advertising revenue and underlying profits for many years to come, and that these underlying profits will be a crucial source of funding for the digital transition across the business.
