Great, thanks for sharing. Just read it & is exactly how i think about the business but he appears more bullish n OneRoof than I. I think the main thesis is digital subscriber monetization base has to grow to make this trade work. OneRoof is just an additional upside IMO.
Although he mentioned OneRoof has no real direct competition I don't quite agree. Below are links to two RE websites in NZ.
