Hi Odysseus, record date is 4 April, so I think Miningnut is correct re. the shares now being ex-dividend.

http://www.asx.com.au/research/dividends/process.htm:
"Shares are quoted 'ex dividend' on the fourth business day before the company's Record Date. To be entitled to a dividend a shareholder must have purchased shares before the ex dividend date."

today is ex-dividend date so looks to me like shares must have been purchased by close Friday 28th March to get the dividend. Accoutns for the approx 4-5 cent drop on ASX so far today. regards, Cugel
