With the resignation of Mr Biggs today as CUE CEO.
(NZO 48% owned) and the debunking of 3 x anti NZO
CUE directors a few weeks ago and replacing them
with the CEO of NZO and another NZO nominee. I guess
NZO is now in a position to resume its battle to takeover
CUE.
Perhaps the question is when?
