    So what you are effectively saying cugel is that you have no faith in the management to make a sound decision on your behalf.

    So if you have no faith in the new management team then perhaps you had better cut your losses now and sell out and run.

    Also - there is not a heck of a lot of choice about this. If the head shares move above $1.50 by a significant enough amount to make it worthwhile to exercise the Options then that is what I, and most other option holders will do IMHO.

    There is no way that the company can say - "Oh no we are not going to accept the options now".

    The option to exercise the Options into full head shares is there and if the conditions are met then they will be exercised.

    Besides which you must have a remarkably encyclopaedic knowledge of the oil and gas market if you know better than David Salisbury and crew that there is nothing worth poaching.

    We will no doubt get some idea what they are thinking over the next few months. There might be some more info emerge about possible prospects to drill, about possble licences they have tendered for, even possible assets they might buy or buy into.

    We have to have faith and hope that the right decisions are made. Can't just sit still on TUI.
