Have to be a bit careful with book value of assets (which include CUE). Also quite a bit of cash is allocated to well site remediation. Also, I can't figure out whether some of their cash represents includes CUE's cash (accountants?).
But even assuming the worst, it looks very undervalued to me too, even before you think about Ironbark.
