    Don't see many issues with that. Obviously big boys will fight tooth and nail as usual which is fine, and it's a balancing act, but if they seriously think this will make them "unprofitable" with current and projected Co/Cu/Au prices they're having a laugh. Only 5b budget... just wow

    Edit: Not sure how they will manage the 10% requirement for the bigger players. Thats a fair stake?
