I am not asking him to post his holdings, just confirm that he is a "subtstantial shareholder" and by that I mean in excess of 1/2 Million shares. Simple Yes or No will sufice.
The TOU yesterday was TOU'd because he put his purchase price and the quantity on the thread.
Both of which are not verifiable and could mislead people into buying.
Vastly different situation to the confirmation I am seeking
