I think 4+ years of being a shareholder indicates a certain level of patience
My point is that if they set themselves a task of reporting to shareholders, say once a month, then at least it would remind them:
1) to wake up
2) turn on the computer
3) remind themselves of what they have or haven't achieved over the previous month
4) at least think about what they would like to achieve over the coming month
5) resolve to do something over the coming month so that it won't be such a drag to do the report next month
