They have the right neighbours, location and possible suitors in the future. There also risks at that part of the world. But right now there seems to be a holding pattern and less volume traded by the day. No new news on horizon.

During the upward movement I purchased a lot and sold some on the way down. I do hold, but would not be surprised to add to that holding at a cheaper price IMHO.

I wouldn't complain at a snap back up, but can't see it till Q1 2013.
