Have investors realised that companies with quality overseas production assets are now the way to go ?

TEG will be looking at unencumbered revenues of somewhere between A$15-20m p.a with no debt. Current market cap stands at a paultry A$35m.

20 yr renewal of PASE production liscence will remove any uncertainty over the future of this little cash cow and unleash the exploration upside inherent in the project. The infrastructure is all there for TEG including the Arun gas plant and long term sales contracts at premium prices. Indonesian Govt will likely act favourably towards TEG as they would have to be pleased with the increased production figures achieved over the last 6 months under TEG management.

IMHO TEG is a steal at current levels with PASE renewal progressing well.
