Murchison not in any breach of SDA, delay to granting of extension due to political posturing and looking for leverage....If govt wants oakajee dlivered over next 2 to 2 and a half years the only way it will happen is under current agreement with Mitsubishi and Murchison,..any cancellation of this would lead to a new player starting from scratch and therefore likely 4 year plus timeframe and even then NO guarantees...so extension will be granted with a few minor concessions within next 2 weeks...
