I think a few of you really need to call Murchison to get your facts right.

This is a project of great importance to all parties and the premier can not force MMX and Mitsubishi into letting the Chinese have an equity stake and he has not even said that. Murchison will tell you he is not calling for that.

The state development agreement is not as simple as you think, but I do think Barnett would like the Chinese to become more involved in supplying materials and building parts of it.

The premier is playing his cards to please the Chinese and to show the Chinese he wants them to invest in W.A. Murchison will have no choice but to allow Chinese to supply materials and the Premier will have no choice but to extend the project, unless he would take on a huge delay which is something he would not do.
