    we understand that its not just about the extension approval now.As approval is certain, This delay could be used for chinese to get in to mmx or OPR. My wild guess is, its sinosteel attemting for mmx again with Barnett's support before FIRB or otherwise chinese getting into OPR.

    In all situations, IMO MMX will go up from current SP.Thats all we should be caring at the moment.
