The Forbes/Reuters one is comprehensive, but there are lots of others.
In the Forbes article, they mention that a lot of these infrastructure projects had previously been budgeted for. While this may therefore not have a full $ 1.5 tril USD impact for projected GDP figures it will still be massive and I believe the demand for resources will still be greatly affected.
