MMX is selling all of the ore which they're mining, so do you suggest they cut the workforce and reduce their output when they're selling everything ?

You seem to be suffering from hysteria, and the only thing which will calm you down is some news from management which contains the word 'cost cutting'.

We're all bleeding here, but you're one of those people who can only deal with a crisis as long as they have someone to blame.

Can you please spell out for me what you expect the management to do exactly ? Perhaps I'm missing something here.
