They will sell to a takeover predator and they will demand a whole lot of flesh for this t/o shareholding. They hold a trump card and will not give it away.
So if sino want mmx they would buy from H (assuming they agree on a price). Sino would go to 19.9% then sometime later maybe months (who knows) make a bid.
On the issue of a t/over. Now is perfect time with sp low AND THE AU$ very low.
