    the 70M+ payment by the state government being thrown around on this thread is only an option and is not guaranteed therefore a serious debt issue remains.

    I think many on the thread are getting confused between a favourable outcome for the Midwest/OPR/JHEP/mmx and a favourable outcome for shareholders as there is a very distinct difference between the two.
