That is old info Tolate (pardon the pun) on the port structure and unlikely to look anything like that as it was over-planned as what chinese preferred as at that time, Japanese (main squeeze at the time) wanted the miners ( mostly chinese investors in that territory that mattered at the time) to fund the over-planned port which they didn't want to agree on so it fell over. Trans-shipment port (Google it) seems to be the preferred option so what I can understand sofar. So much to know and bugger all known sofar.
