    Exactly again. The chinese are trying to destroy OPR. They are desparate to have it developed. The only way this can happen in the time frame allowed is Chinese involvement.

    The state govt knows this and they I think are the ones behind all this. With the state govt not on your side MMX has buckleys chance to develop OPR under its current structure.
