    OP&R will have the definitive costs - what figure we have now is pure speculation.

    Whatever the costs are is what OP&R will base their charges to the users on, either way with the iron ore price being so high and all the users needing OP&R, it will be a winning formula for MMX.

    Markets will play with this news and yes of course we have some exiting on fear.
