    There's a few of these transshipment ports around, or at least plans for them.

    BCI have a similar transshipment plan at Cape Preston East, to open up port access for their Buckland Hills IO project, which is separate, but in the same vicinity, as the potentially huge WPIOP.

    They (BCI) have recently signed a non-binding MOU with Sinosteel with regard to the project.

    One would think its certainly doable for the midwest...... Far more practical than a full blown port development.
