Sometimes you need an outsider to provide an independent and objective assessment on this acquisition deal which has been going on more than one year without knowing whether there is the light at the end of the tunnel. Up to now, there has been no update on the progress how WAPRC/ANS will complete the deals.
Please remember that noteholders have not approved the acquisition deal extension. Both ANS and SDL expect that noteholders will approve it in Nov 2019. Let say what will happen.
