Althoughnoteholders may approve to extend it to 30 June 2020, this acquisition deal maybe subsequently extended again to 2021 until they will finally find an acquirerwith financial strength and capacity to take over from them and acquire SDL. Itlooks like that they have NOT found this mighty acquirer with full financialstrength.

Up to now, both ANS and WAPRC are still not able to respond to the ASX simplequestion regarding source of funds for the acquisition. There is no sign thatWAPRC has summitted application for OI to China NDRC Shanghai. Is this acquisition deal a dream in day time or reality?
