I think as you say these 2 companies are so intertwined with the cross shareholding's that there is only one way out and that's a completion of the transaction..

Go back to why they entered into this ... nothing has changed... it's probably s very complex web that goes back a decade or more .. if anyone can solve it ... it'll be the Chinese .. what does Confucius say ... " in every crisis there's an opportunity "

I've said often on other threads Patience is the Achilles heel of investors in micro space ... in this case you have no other choice .... I guess that could be a crisis or an opportunity to... you could have gotten yourself a university degree if you look at the amount of time this company has been in suspension over the last 4-5 yrs ...
