Fall after the takeover announcement was instant and brutal. market not keen on a business based around convenience foods branching out into resorts and hotels apparently. Don't know much about the Oakes business or just what sort of bargain it represents to rfg. Rapid expansion through acquisition of non-core businesses has been on the nose in the market for the last couple of years, or is this a really smart move? Any ideas particularly from someone who knows a bit more about the Oakes group?
