I think the management made a blunder in this

What the hell is a food franchise doing taking over hotel and resort?

this is as far away from core business as possible...

Market is right to be skeptical on this deal

most deal like this end up in DISASTER and million
of write off many years later.

The problem with making this sort of deal is you taking

on a new business you have no expertise, your core business

going to suffer because the new baby need attention ...

I sit around and watch and I come in when I think the time is right and that time isn't now :-)
