it appears that some people are not listening. Bob Brown has just said that all costings will be looked into and held up to scrutiny in light of the budget. No policies will be im0plimented that do not fit into the overall budget settings.
This is what guaranteeing supply means - deals that go outside the agreed budget will not get up.
