Federal Independent MP Rob Oakeshott has accepted an invitation to be part of the Government's climate change committee.
The Government set up the committee to work out the best way to put a price on carbon.
(and fleece the public!)
Mr Oakeshott will join fellow Independent MP Tony Windsor as well as representatives from the Government and the Greens.
